Warranty Period

All Rillani leather products are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.

What Is Covered

If your product experiences a genuine manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Rillani will repair or replace the affected part at no additional cost.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by third-party repairs or modifications

Leather Care

Genuine leather develops character with time. Natural variations in texture, tone, and markings are unique qualities of authentic leather and should be appreciated as part of its individuality.

To maintain your Rillani piece:

  • Keep it away from excessive moisture
  • Store it in the provided dust bag when not in use
  • Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and direct heat
  • Use proper leather care products when needed
